• REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Scrapping Paws does not refund any monies received.  We will be happy to exchange any purchase for one of equal value if you are unhappy with it for any reason.

• SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via United States Postal Service in a padded envelope to the address you provide.  Shipping happens only after all items are fulfilled (generally within 2-3 business days).  Our shipping rates are set as an average of what we incur over the past year.  Shipping to outside the U.S. is a minimum of $50.  An additional invoice will be sent to you if the cost exceeds that amount. 

• CUSTOM CUTTING

We purchase all of our images from licensed sites (see below), cut them with a Cricut machine or Silhouette machine, hand assemble them with acid free adhesives, in small quantities of 4.  We cannot guarantee that colors or shades will match batch to batch.  Sizes range from 4 inches to 6 inches.  We well be happy to accept custom orders for size and color for most items.

• IMAGE ACQUISTION

Scrapping Paws purchases our image patterns from the following companies that license us to create finished products with their images.

Cricut Designs; Silhouette Designs; Treasure Box Designs; Kadoodle Designs; Cuddly Cute Designs; Scrapping Bug Designs; Little Scraps of Heaven Designs; Marjorie Ann Designs; Miss Kate's Cuttable Designs; Google Images. We never sell our images as kits.  We also create & design our own images. Due to licensing rights we will no longer carry certain images on our website.  Please contact us by email if you are interested in any items not found on site.

• THE USE OF THE WORD 3-D FOR OUR DIE CUTS

The definition of 3-D is an item that has width, length & depth.  Since we use multiple layers of paper to create most of our die cuts they become 3-D.

• SPELLNG MISTAKES

As we try to catch every mistake, there are so many items on our site that we do occasionally miss some.  If you see one please send us an email and we will correct it as soon as possible.
